Shilajit has been known much sought-after for centuries in Asia, but the Western world is only just starting to discover it. The full-color guide explores how to use Shilajit for a strong immune system, enhanced cognitive performance, protection from toxic stress, and healing inflammation. It looks at Shilajit’s anti-aging benefits, how it stimulates the immune system, and the protection it can offer for a sensitive stomach and gut.
